Cancellation Conditions
Our services are highly structured around early commitments. While structural designs or deployment processes are final once work starts, early requests submitted before project initialization undergo manual evaluation by our operations management team.
Policy Breakdown & Terms
Once a project is confirmed and work has commenced, cancellation requests are generally not accepted.
Any cancellation request received before the actual commencement of work will be reviewed by Vastro Solutions strictly on a case-by-case basis.
This policy functions in total compliance with consumer protection frameworks and does not affect any statutory rights available under applicable Indian law.
Tailored Customization & Resource Notice
Because Vastro architectural deployments (including custom structural layouts, PVC, WPC, or acoustic components) are configured directly to your custom layout dimensions, committed infrastructure material blocks cannot be repurposed or easily assigned to alternate projects after physical execution begins.
